A variety of exercises can be done on the reformer that will increase your strength, lengthen your body and improve your balance and flexibilty. Classes may include use of Oovs, spine correctors, foam rollers or other apparatus and props. Reformer classes are small in size and run 50 to 55 minutes. Signing up prior to the class will ensure that you have a spot.
Clients new to Pilates classes will need to complete three private classes (introductory package). Clients with reformer experience that are new to the studio are required to take at least one private session prior to taking reformer class. The reformer is a powerful apparatus and this will ensure that you know how to use our reformers and that we keep you safe.
