Join Steph and Juliana for a special afternoon class - 1 hour
of myofascial release (using massage balls) led by Steph followed
by a 2 hour deep Yin class with Juliana.
This class will target the fascia & connective tissues in
your body, helping you to release deeply held tension and reach new
levels of relaxation!
The class includes use of our MFR tools. Please bring a yoga
mat and any yoga props that you have for Yin - we recommend a
bolster, yoga blocks, and a yoga blanket.
