1 Hour Class (15 Minutes Booty Building, 15 Minutes Core Strengthening, 30 Minutes *heated* full body stretch)

All Levels Welcome. This is non-dance, fitness-based class. Butt Building exercises will focus on knee-friendly glute exercises to build-a-butt! The stretching portion of the class is beginner friendly, however, THIS IS A WARM/HOT STRETCH. Room temperature will be vary between 80-95 degrees to allow a deeper stretch for increased flexibility.
Wear any type of workout clothing, shorts or yoga pants. Bring a yoga mat and water. Loaner yoga mats are limited to first come, first serve.
