During this sound bath experience you will be guided through restorative yoga and meditation while being washed with the vibrations of singing bowls. Sound can support us in realigning to our healthy resonant vibration leaving us in a state of internal stillness and pure peace. This practice can help to reset your nervous system for better sleep, less anxiety and a calmer state of mind.
