Each training pod consists of no more than 4 women, of similar abilities who will work under the supervision of a certified personal trainer towards their own personal strength goals to build muscle for a long, lean toned look using bodyweight and free weights. Body positive, kick ass, private setting. #jointheuprise. Program includes a private online forum for women to share their successes.
