based approach to lifestyle and fitness will keep you on track
positively and compassionately every step of the way! You will gain

relationships with others who are all marching in the same

Each training pod consists of no more than 4 women, of similar
abilities who will work under the supervision of a certified
personal trainer towards their own personal strength goals to build
muscle for a long, lean toned look using bodyweight and free

Program includes a private online forum for women to share their
successes.
