Have fun while stretching, moving, building strength and balance through fun and low impact exercises.  This class uses a variety of equipment designed too ncrease muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Deisgned for our members with Parkinson's.  We will use TRX suspension bands, hand-held weights, elastic bands with handles, and a chair for seated exercise and support.   This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and offers options for individuals to grow and challenge themselves.
