VF: Conditioning and Flexibility is perfect for clients that
are wanting to achieve strength and flexibility that is needed to
take your Vertical Fitness classes to the next level. And, if you
are new to Vertical Fitness and haven't taken a class, this is a
great class to help you get ready to start!
This class will help you increase strength by lifting and
holding your own body weight, improving dynamic moves and grip
strength, prevent injuries by improving muscle endurance, achieve
flexibility goals, help tone the arms, abs, chest, and sculpt the
back, all while using your own bodyweight!
