A two-part class that is friendly to all levels of practitioners. We begin with a balanced flow of movement and transition into a nourishing relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra). This class intends to guide the student into an experience of wholeness and bliss as we find balance between movement and turning inward. An ideal practice for anyone who wants to experience the body and mind from the perspective of True Self or even just relieve stress. You’re invited to bring your own blanket, pillow, eye mask, fuzzy socks, etc., to make yourself supremely comfortable for Nidra.
