Join Laurie for thisWorkshop is designed to relieve pain and release tension through targeted stretching and strengthening of the hips – including hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, and inner and outer hip muscles. We’ll use a few simple props, including a tennis ball, foam roller, and resistance band. You’ll learn valuable exercises and the proper technique for sculpting hip and thigh muscles, which is all about stabilizing your hips. You’ll leave feeling stronger, standing taller, sitting more comfortably, and moving freely!
