This program is for anyone interested in learning about
cleansing foods from the Ayurvedic perspective. Spring is naturally
the time to enjoy more bitter, astringent, and warming foods to
assist the body in moving out winter stagnation. We will be rolling
up our sleeves in the kitchen creating green soups and juices, hot
breakfasts, healthy treats, and digestive aids, as well as
exploring the flavors and medicinal qualities of the spring diet.
Participants will also learn basic Ayurvedic philosophy and
lifestyle techniques for the spring season.
