A gentle flow synchronizing breath and movement to connect mind and body. Students will cultivate a greater sense of awareness and a deeper understanding of yoga asanas (poses). Focusing on proper alignment, balance, and staying present helps alleviate mental and physical stress. Each practice includes breathing techniques, affirmations, standing/seated/balance poses, deep stretches, and final relaxation. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat, towel, and water. Yoga blocks and a strap are also recommended.
Starting Tuesday March 17th all yoga classes are now offered online. When you book your class, you will receive an email one hour before class with the Zoom link to access the virtual class. You can access zoom on your laptop, tablet or phone from the comfort of your home. Download the quick/easy app ahead of time to be fully prepared.
