<div>Stuck sitting at your desk, either working from home, or back in the office? This class is the perfect fit for you!</div>

<p>Drop in classes are $18 per class. This 45 minute class will rotate each week through all the major muscle groups and body parts that tend to get tight and sore from sitting at your desk - from head & neck down to your toes! These will be practical exercises that you can do on your own when you need a break from sitting, or have to stay seated but need to move your body! Each week will combine standing and sitting postures for targeted areas of the body including: head/neck/shoulders, torso/spine, hips, hands/feet, and balance.</p>
<p>We will work to help counterbalance the excessive seated posture at a computer which, let's face it, is not ideal, so you do not fall victim to chronic sitting problems associated with long term sitting.</p>
<p><br />Prop needed: a sturdy chair, preferably without arms.</p>
<p>Chairs will be provided. 6 slots in person - unlimited slots online! </p>
