This fun, low-impact class is great to stimulate circulation, increase heart rate, help boost the lymphatic system, and much more! This will be a full gentle bouncing session – breaks can be taken as needed. This free-style bounce class will give you fun ways to exercise on the trampoline while having a blast doing it! .
This class is great for all bodies, including those with low bone density as there is little impact while bouncing, like many other exercises! Come bounce for health with us at PPPTW!
