TAUGHT BY MASTER TRAINER, TAMARA YONEDA
The Archway is considered by many to be the most physically demanding piece of specialized equipment. The design of the Archway facilitates users to perform exercises in differing relationships to gravity and is a great tool to strengthen without compression. The previous archway course has been expanded and revised, and is now two separate programs. This is review of the material from Archway level 1.
