Back Care class will spend the first part of class doing mat
exercises using small props, to gently yet deeply connect to
the centre and to release unnecessary tension in the body.
We will also start to build coordination and functional
movement patterns to set us up for the reformer.
In the second part of class we will use the reformer to build
dynamic strength into the trunk and limbs.
Back Care pilates class is ideal for people recovering from an
injury, for women in their postpartum recovery phase, for
people living with Osteoporosis, or spinal
injuries.
