All levels are welcomed to these challenging yet
playful and imaginative practices. We will explore the ancient
human healing technologies of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga through the
lens of Hatha Yoga to reach Raja Yoga!
We will research the history and philosophy of
Vinyasa Yoga and use Hatha yoga techniques that include: Breath
control and energy locks, alignment, transitions, modifications,
prop use, skills, drills, invisible forces, magic and more!
