Our 90 minutes special Winter Flow and Nidra is here for you! First we flow with stretches and poses to build heat, energize, and burn off a few calories. Then we settle into a resting position while Sarah leads us through a nidra: a guided meditation, with cues for breathing more deliberately, progressive physical relaxation, and visualizations for peace.

+ You are experienced in yoga, you are brand new, you are visiting from out of town, you are in any stage of pregnancy, and/or you are human.
+ You are 16 or over. *This class is not a good one for our young friends, babies, toddlers, or tag-a-longs.
