reason they shy away from yoga. But you're in luck:
this class is designed with
this in mind. We hold stretchy poses at the beginning and end
of class and the movement offered in between is safe, functional,
and also geared towards making more space in the muscles, joints,
and whole body. The added benefit? You'll also walk away with with
a sense of calm and positivity having just spent 75 minutes giving
back to yourself with a jovial group of guys and a teacher who
doesn’t take herself too seriously.
