With each class, you can expect a strong focus on proper alignment, building strength at your end range with active flexibility, and lots of mobility exercises. Class focus will vary from full body release, hips & splits, and back gainz. </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Come to class with a yoga mat and wear layers of clothing to get warm fast! Please bring your water bottle. Hydration is essential!</em></strong></span></p>
