Bend Not Break is a flexibility class designed to help you build strength and stability to safely reach your flexxxy goals. With each class, you can expect a strong focus on proper alignment, building strength at your end range with active flexibility, and lots of mobility exercises. Class focus will vary from full body release, hips & splits, and back gainz.
Come to class with a yoga mat and wear layers of clothing to get warm fast! Please bring your water bottle. Hydration is essential!
