Yin Yang Yoga is a complete yoga practice. Yang poses address
the more masculine tissues by stretching and strengthening muscles
and bringing heat to the body. Yang practice includes sun
salutations and standing postures. Once the body is warmed up, this
allows the more feminine Yin, deeper connective tissues, to soften.
The Yin part of our practice will focus mostly on floor poses being
held for 3-5 minutes to allow the body to open and go deeper into
the joints, fascial network and bones. Feel balanced and centered
after this beautiful practice. Some yoga experience
recommended.
