<p>Although this is an all levels class, it is suggested that students have already learned the basic timing and steps for Salsa On2. This class is dynamic! Open to leads and follows.</p>
<p>Introducing for the very first time the Salsa Dance Conditioning Study Club AKA SDCSC @ Suenos de Salsa hosted by Penny & Brad.</p>
<p>In this 1 hour workshop you will learn and practice together with us key dance conditioning fundamentals that will help supplement your existing knowledge of salsa dancing by developing strength in your ability to turn and spin on the dance floor. This is a supplementary class that will focus on conditioning and is not a traditional salsa dance class, we will not be teaching shines or turn patterns. No partners needed, most work will be done individually. Class is recommended for both leaders and followers.</p>
<p>Goals and Expectations:</p>
<p>- Light Stretch and flexibility training</p>
<p>- Core dance fundamentals in turning and spinning</p>
<p>- Develop leg ankle and quad strength to complete tighter turns to dance faster and to spin better with more stability</p>
<p>What students will need to bring:</p>
<p>- Yoga mat, yoga blocks - Exercise clothing with dance shoes - Water for hydration - Face masks</p>
