A class for all ages, body types, and abilities. Focus on connecting to your breath, relaxing and rehabilitating the body, and deepening your awareness through meditation. Try chair yoga if you are new to yoga and want a safe place to learn the basics, or if you are taking a break from your mat practice for any reason.

Special Instructions

Please have a hard chair (folding chair or any chair without arms preferably), strap (bathrobe tie, scarf, tie, belt) and if you have a yoga mat or a blanket folded in the shape of a yoga mat can be used.
