Join Kristen LeBlanc for a deep meditative experience using Yin Yoga and Healing Sounds. You will get to practice yin yoga in a warm room (90 degrees) while being serenaded by Kristen's healing instruments. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice where you hold passive poses for about 3-5 minutes. This practice helps regulate the nervous system, stretches connective tissues, lubricates the joints, boosts circulation, and with the use of the breath, you will be able to let the body fully relax into the pose for deep emotional healing. As we journey through the poses we will be focusing on breathing and releasing. You will get to enjoy a 30 minutes savasana at the end of the practice to sink deeper into the healing sounds.
