A soothing class focused on STRETCHING only - leaving all the
fancy stuff behind and refocusing on some good 'ol stretch and
breath class. All levels - all bodies - no experience needed. Grab
your “tight” humans and join. Partners welcome. Unexperienced to
yoga or stretching welcomed and encouraged. We use props and
modifcations to ensure your body can soften into the stretch
without straining or being on guard and “trying too
hard”).
The
first 45 min of the class focuses on soft movements to compliment
the stretches to release any tensions from the day. The class then
shifts focus for last 10 - 15 minutes on BEING instead of doing,
allowing you to reap the benefits of your hard work. You will use
props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to
facilitate relaxation allowing you to be open to RECEIVE. This
class will “untangle” your mind and body and prepare you for a
restful sleep. Dress as you wish, in warm jogging pants and other
comfy layered clothes. All levels.
