This 60 min class is designed to have a combination of breath, balance, flow and stretch. Begining with a movement sequence to awaken your mind and challenge your body, build as class progresses and follow up with a soothing release. Each week there will be a new focus and the movement of the class will follow aroudn that theme (shoulders, to back to hip to balance focus) A solid movement sequence will be interwoven with various asanas that will help to enhance flexibility and calm the mind. This well balanced class will strengthen, stretch and rejuvenate your body in a pace that suits your needs. This class is suitable for all levels.
