Join Lisa Killion Sunday, March 26, at 4:30pm for a retreat-like workshop on sleep. The 1.5 hour experience will include:
- a little “tea talk”… sip a cup of relaxing tea while we discuss a toolkit you can use for superior sleep
- some light stretching… learn calming yoga poses you can use at home to prepare the body to downshift into rest
- a Yoga Nidra practice… Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditative technique to relax the body and release layers of inner tension. It's easy to practice and accessible to everyone because all it requires is lying down and being guided, yet its benefits are numerous and profound. Just 20-30 minutes may feel as restful as 3-4 hours of sleep!
- re-grounding… take a few minutes to journal about your experience, any insights, etc. We’ll leave space to optionally share and answer any questions
Lisa's hope is you will leave relaxed and ready for the first of many good nights of sleep!BioLisa KillionLisa is a yoga instructor (E-RYT200, RYT500) and holistic health coach, certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
