A reintroduction to core function and strength work for those 6+ weeks postpartum. Focus on rebuilding the core, balancing the hips, and strengthening postural muscles and upper body to aid in all that baby-holding! Classes are small with plenty of room for questions and individual tailoring.
Babes are welcome, but not required. You will get a better workout if babe is not present, however no babe turned away if that's what works best for your family.
If you can't make it to the studio, class can also be joined via Zoom. Classes will be recorded and available to all participants for the duration of the class series.
Birthing and non-birthing parents welcome to attend. For birthing parents, please obtain clearance from your doctor to resume exercise prior to the first class date.
