nature of our breath is the indicator of our current state of
emotions.
By
bringing awareness to our breath, breathing patterns, and response
to the external world, we offer ourselves the ability to change our
breath and therefore change our emotional state and
experience.

connected to yourself, join Ashley Hodgetts, a trauma-informed
breathwork facilitator on Tuesday, January 31st from 7:00-8:30 pm
via Zoom to experience the power of your breath.
We
will spend our session with a quick introduction, 40-50-minute
breathwork session and then time at the end to reflect, share, and
connect.
