Beginner's Hatha Flow Basics (Level 1 & 2 Instruction)
Learn varying styles of Hatha yoga.
We will practice a moderate-paced Vinyasa Flow for beginners, to warm the body, make it strong, and flexible. This class will help you gain the stamina and know-how to advance to Vinyasa Flow or Flow classes.
