Connect to the five elements of earth, water, fire,
air, and ether. Throughout this workshop, we will be exploring the
five elements and how we can incorporate these elements into our
yoga class through physical poses, breath work, meditation, and
visualization. The elements are the basic essence of our selves and
the universe and each one represents a different aspect of nature.
By connecting with the elements in our practice, we can tap into
their unique qualities and use them to enhance our physical,
emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This workshop is an all levels workshop. There will
be periods of discussion and journaling, as well as time to
practice the yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditations that
we learn and talk about.
