Dance Fusion is a fun cardio dance class that uses just your
body weight and mixes in functional moves such as squats, lunges
and jumps. Think dance meets bootcamp! Each song mixes 4-5 moves
that you will pick up as you go along. We do the song one time
through and then move on to the next one keeping our heart rates
up. No dance experience necessary; let loose, have fun, make some
new friends and let your sassy self shine through!
