In this Stretch to Splits Workshop we will mainly focus on hamstrings, hips, and glutes! Yep, these are they key areas to get you into those flat splits.
We will do deep breathing, mindfulness, focus on lines, toe
points, internal/external rotations, booty isolations, active vs
passive flex, and more. We'll spend ~ 45 mins doing deep stretches
then utilize the pole to learn some new splitty tricks. If you just
want to stretch this is fine but we give you a bonus
option!!!
After the workshop you will receive a stretching schedule,
accountability partners, proper technique, & new tricks to take
home.
