A dynamic and flowing sequence of postures, taught progressively, uniting mindful movement with the breath. Explore strength, flexibility and concentration through intelligent sequencing, seamless transitions and playful exploration. ‘Flow’ is an active form of yoga practice best suited to those who have a reasonable level of fitness and ability. Prior yoga experience may be helpful but is not required. Modifications, as well as more challenging variations of postures, are offered at each stage.
All levels welcome, however, due to the physical demand of ‘Flow’ a moderate level of fitness & ability is required.
