Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body, mind and soul for all of the changes that you will go through during pregnancy, childbirth and mothering. It offers many tools for self-awareness and relaxation while connecting with your baby. In Prenatal yoga, we will create a community of expecting mothers, while exploring various topics centered on childbirth and how you can apply self-care tools to your own unique journey. Yoga postures will prepare and strengthen the body for labor and relieve common aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Please contact your care provider if you have any health concerns.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be offering Virtual Classes only. When you register for a class that is scheduled, you will receive a code to access the live stream class.
