You must have passed Fabric 2 level and/or have instructor permission to advance to Fabric 3. 

Prerequisites:

1. Demonstrates proficiency in V-ups 2 x’s each side without spidering.

2. Demonstrates proficiency in 1 opposite and 1 same side climb.

3. Demonstrates proficiency in Arrow.

4. No wraps unless stated in curriculum.

You will continue to grow your aerial repertoire as you work with more dynamic movement in the air. Be prepared to work on inverting and drops! At this level, students should need no assistance to invert in the air and should be familiar with with basic drops and climbs.
