Baby and Me Yoga classes focus on restoring balance and health
to the physical body through asanas (postures), relaxation and
breathing techniques. In a playful and loving way, you will learn
infant massage techniques and stretches for baby, while songs and
games create a unique and joyful class. Yoga is the practice of
uniting mind, body and spirit, and sharing this special time with
your baby creates a peaceful, stress-free and fun hour that will
last long after the class is over. This is also an opportunity to
reconnect with the supportive community that you may have found in
Prenatal Yoga, or to connect with a new environment of mothers and
babies.

*Please leave strollers downstairs.
*If you need assistance carrying babies up the stairs, give
us a call ahead of time.
*Babies 4 weeks – active crawlers.
