If you're ready to try to yoga or just get back to basics,
this class is for you. This class will introduce you to the basics
postures (asanas) of the vinyasa style of yoga, with slow flowing
movements that will help you gain strength and flexibility. Plan to
focus on basic postures such as tadasana (aka mountain pose), ardha
mukha svanasana (aka downward facing dog), forward folds, simple
backbends, balance poses and learning/practicing sun salutations.
For beginners, but open to everyone who loves the
basics.
