Sarah will guide you through the famous 26 Bikram poses, but without the heat! If hot yoga classes are too hot for you, but you enjoy the poses, this class is perfect. Come and enjoy a set series of 26 postures and breathing exercises designed to build strength, balance and flexibility.

Our large studio allows for social distancing and has doors that open to outside for proper ventilation and fresh air. We maintain high levels of regular sanitization, always.
Bring your own mat and props. Don't have any? We have some for sale.
Masks required in common areas and optional in class and private sessions.
