Both new and experienced yoga students can enjoy this class.
Our Level 1 and 2 classes are all based on alignment principles
that teachers apply to the poses with a flowing style and breakouts
as needed. Each of our teachers has their own style and leads a
class with their unique sequence of poses. The instructor will
modify poses when needed. We recommend a level 1-2 for yogis who
have a good working knowledge of the basic yoga poses, or have
attended either our Yoga 101 series or Basic classes.
