PiYo a Fusion of Yoga and Pilates moves in a flowing
manner. Come get a total body workout...a little cardio,
strength, flexibility, balance. We'll break down movement patterns
so that you can learn in bite-size pieces without being overwhelmed
by choreography.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class and if at all
possible book in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Thank
