In this class we will be stretching and preparing the body for
contortion training . We will work on active release techniques,
nerve flosses, and both active & passive stretching. We will be
utilizing multiple props as well as incorporating flexibility
strength and conditioning drills to help students reach a more
advanced level of flexibility. This class teaches primarily
Mongolian Contortion training techniques with a focus on the upper
back & neck areas of the body. Students will have the option to
accept hands on assistance from the instructor to help them get
deeper into their positions safely.
