Ride 101 is the best way to ease into your indoor riding experience and get fit on the bike!   Indoor riding provides a safe environment to work on the shifting, standing and pacing.  We will build the fitness and comfort inside that will make your outdoor rides AMAZING!   Dedicate your time now so you have more time come Spring!  

This class is the “ask no dumb questions” make no “silly mistakes” ride.  You can’t get dropped from the group, but you can learn enough to lead your group come Spring!


Goal:   Increase your understanding of indoor riding metrics and create goals so you can track your fitness!

Focus:   Riding skills, understanding of basic cycling metrics to gauge success, fitness and fun!
