in this class we do! Using the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small
props (fit circle, rollers, weighted balls) we challenge the body
and mind. Come get a complete body workout in the multi-level
class. We strongly recommend those new to Pilates (and our studio)
complete our “New to Pilates” package before attending this class.
