This class will calm the mind and cool the body with the deep meditative practice of Yin Yoga. The Practice of Yin emphasizes stretches that are slow, deep, & long with minimal to no props. Longer held postures allows the connective tissues lengthen gently, allowing for greater movement in our joints and muscles, helping to generate greater flexibility in our bodies, as well as settle the mind before ending with a blissful savasana.
This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
