Sweet Sunday Sweat will be a nice energetic & invigorating vinyasa to start or end your week. We will use a heated room to assist in bringing heat to the body’s core, and create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance while we explore our limits both physically and mentally. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas as well as arm balancing & inversions. We will work all parts of our bodies equally to create balance that will compliment other activities of daily life. This is not necessarily a hot class, but be prepared to sweat!
This class is intended to be warm at 80-84F., so be sure to bring a towel, water bottle nearby.
This is an open level class, but previous yoga experience recommended.
