Our Sweet Sunday Sweat is a powerful, energetic mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga that entails fluid movements through asanas while staying connected to our Agniraj breath. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, breath, and mindfulness making it a revitalizing total body experience. This is an upbeat 60 min class with a 5-8min savasana. This class is gently heated to ~80F, so be sure to bring a towel, a water bottle, and of course an open mind and positive attitude.


While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
