Group Training focused on all the major core muscles, including the highly neglected back muscles. This class will increase your balance, improve your posture, decrease back pain and help you get a flat belly and waistline you've been desiring. We will utilize body weight, free weights, stability balls and gliding discs.
This group training is designed by one of our five Certified Personal Trainers, Kim Bell.
