Level 4 kicks it up a notch by introducing more intricate sequencing, high level strength moves, and taking tricks above the top bar! Every week is different and we will learn from a range of skills such as advanced spinning to momentum based movement. Please note, this level is currently 4+ to allow for upper level variations for more advanced students.
You must be approved by an instructor to enroll in Level 4.
Lyra 4+ Prerequisites:
- 5 second short arm hold on bottom bar, chin above bar, feet off ground.
- 5 second L sit hang from top bar.
- One clean pull up aerially (overhand grip).
- 3 consecutive pike beat to sit on bar.
- 3x clean pullovers, no toe tag.
- Pike and straddle mount, no kicking off ground.
- Hands free back balance.
- Hands free roll up to a front balance.
- Single knee hangs, both sides.
