Note: this level is currently 4+ to allow for upper level variations for more advanced students.
You must be approved by an instructor to attend any level above 1.
Lyra 4+ Prerequisites:
5 sec hands free stag back balance
5 sec hands free front balance from pullover
3 sec hands free single knee hang both sides
straddle mount - no toe tag
pike mount - no toe tag, hold pike 3 sec below bar
3 long hang pull ups (aerially)
Attire: Tights, leggings, yoga pants, etc. of at least capri length or longer (covering the backs of the knees). Bring a shirt that can cover armpits and potentially elbow-pits. As the tape on the lyra can tear, please do not wear things that would damage it (e.g. zipper pulls, buttons, jewelry).
