On Tuesday and Thursday you can join the Group WOD (Workout of
the Day) at either 5am or 5:50am and on Saturday at 7am. The warm
up and stretching will be done as a group then the Instructor will
explain the Workout of the Day / WOD that they have designed and
get the group started.
Leverage your time with our group workout that gets you
results in just 45-minutes a day. Kettlebells, Concept 2 Rowers,
Bodyweight & TRX Suspension Training are the main focus but we
also use a large variety of today's most popular functional
equipment like Ropes, Tires, Sledgehammers and more. Let your
Certified RKC & HKC Instructor lead you through each workout
they design specific for that day. You will never get bored because
each workout is different and you'll get the personal attention you
deserve in a small group setting.
