Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups, and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there are heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.
Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 540 calories** and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.

We encourage those who are new to fitness to utilize the Les Mills SMART START approach to exercise. SMART START is a beginner's plan for fitness that is based on scientific research. Follow this simple approach to guarantee that your first steps to fitness are not your last! Start out participating in the first 20-30 minutes of class, with each week your goal is to add another song to stay for! If you choose the SMART START option, for the safety of others we ask that you leave your equipment in your workout space, our instructors will put it away at the end of class.
