Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Four minutes have never felt so good.
During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight to work your entire body.
All fitness levels welcome. Modifications always provided.
